	AAHA Membership Meeting Plan to join AAHA on This Sunday, August 1, 2010 at 2 P.M. at Aradon Farm the farm and home of Don and Ellen Olvey Odenville, Alabama Lunch: Don and Ellen will have BBQ, buns and beverages for everyone to enjoy. Members and friends please bring your favorite dessert, casserole, salad, fruit tray, relishes or vegetables to complete the meal. Meeting Agenda: Officer reports, Youth report on the Region 12 Youth Jamboree, March 2010 Class A Show report, presentation of information on the Labor Day weekend AAHA Training Clinic, discuss the 2010 AAHA Draw Down, discuss plans and events for next meeting and other upcoming events. Following the meeting, Don will do a presentation of the horses of Aradon Farm. Directions to Aradon Farm: From Birmingham take I-20 East to the Brompton Exit. (this is exit just past the Leeds-Moody Exit) Turn North on Kelley Creek Road. Stay on this road until it dead ends at Highway 174. Turn left on 174. Go one-fourth mile. Aradon Farm is on left. Crawford Arena, Montgomery, AL (at the AAHA Youth Arabian Community Show) Mandatory Meeting for all youth that would like to attend the 2011 Region 12 Youth Jamboree We know this is early for a meeting regarding something a year away. However, we will be discussing new guidelines and qualifications to attend Jamboree with the AAHA Youth Group. We will also discuss some alternatives for 2011.
